🎁Tip #6: Track Your Progress, it’s the Proof 🎁
If you aren’t measuring what you do, how will you ever know:
↪️If what you’re doing is effective
↪️What needs to be adjusted to create progress
↪️Where you started to celebrate your successes
Measuring is not about being overly anal, or marking down your entire day down to the number of times you blink (which, by the way averages 28,000 per day)… Here are a few ways to start Tracking what indicates if you are making healthy decisions this time of year
🚩Take body measurements every 1-2 weeks (circumference, BW, BF%)
🚩Write down what weights you have used for exercises
🚩See how much water vs. coffee you drink on a daily basis (uh-oh)
🚩Note how you feel each day (what made you feel good v. not so good)
Most of the changes you want happen slowly over time, and they don’t feel so ❗️WOW ❗️without having record of where you started. It’s about the adventure DURING the process where the magic happens, not just reaching the end goal 🏆
