Great! Now that Your Neck is feeling more free and less stiff. It is time to work down your spine & into your hips and knees… This movement can be safe for everyone, and use how your body feels as your guide on how far into this position to go. Here’s what to focus on:
- Breathing deeply in an out to enhance benefits of this exercise
- Focus on rocking your body a little bit left, right, forwards and backwards
- Reducing stiffness could feel similar to “ow, this is tight” pain… focus on relaxing into a position rather than forcing it
- If you experience pain, simply back off of the intensity and find where the happy medium is for you
Try this out and I promise (for real) you will be feeling better after 60 seconds of this stretch and being able to feel comfortable in your spine, hips, knees & ankles…
